ARC Color Selection Palette
The following color palette has been approved for the painting of homes within
Smith Farm. Selections outside of this color palette will only be allowed after
review and approval by the Master ARC, and notice sent to the community. This
process takes about 120 days. If you require your house to be painted faster
than this you will need to choose from this color palette.
The roofs depicted below are the original roofs from the builder. If you have replaced your roof it is your responsibility to submit the manuafacture information for inclusion into the color pallet to the Master ARC. Failure to do this will delay your ARC paint request for up to 120 days.
Links to Sherwin Williams color visualizer and Sherwin Williams paint has been used as a reference only. You are free to use paint from any manufacture as long as the colors match.
The roof colors are marked with a (SL) or (TC) the following legend explains these markings.
(SL) - Slurry, tile color is applied only as a top coast and will fade over time.
(TC) - Thru color, tile color is mixed as part of the base material and will not fade over time.
Paint colors marked with a (TO) can not be used as the body color of the house.
All color samples have been taken directly from the manufacturers web site. When submitting an ARC request please use samples from the paint store. Print outs will not be acceptable.
